CET in the workplace

Central Education and Training in the workplace ‘It’s all about you’

CET’s work based learning provision exists to provide employers in the East and West midlands access to a training provider that puts the learners first. As a not for profit organization our aim is to help learners and employers achieve their goals by providing them with access to an experienced team of assessors to guide them effectively and smoothly through their course of learning. We are fully accredited by City & Guilds and funded learning is available to eligible learners and employers.

We stake our reputation on the quality of learning we deliver.

Some of our courses:

- NVQ 2 Housekeeping (Download PDF)

- NVQ 2 Customer Service (Download PDF)

- NVQ 2 Business Administration (Download PDF)

- NVQ 2 Hospitality & Catering (Download PDF)

All the above NVQs can be funded via Train to Gain in most cases and on average take around 4-6 months to complete.

Before anyone starts on a course with CET, they all receive an information, advice and guidance session. The aim of this is to identify the individual’s needs and to ensure that an appropriate route of learning is selected. Once on a course of training we will revisit this at training midpoint and also at the end to ensure you have the opportunity to continue into further learning should you wish to.
